Restored Picture Window car 3295, built in 1951 by Pullman-Standard, was the last and newest PCCs built along with the San Francisco Muni PCCs built by St. Louis Car Co. This car was restored by members of the Carmens Union Local 589 and still on the property. The Riverside Line PCCs experienced difficulty with the sandwich wheels that they were equipped with, the outer rim coming off due to heat generated in the summer and high speed running. They were all replaced by solid steel wheels which were considerably noisier than the originals.
