The track goes from double to single right behind 1914, so this is on Bradley Ave in Short Beach, near the Short Beach PO.
This was taken after April 22 1946. 1914 may be a regular car (no big headlight, usually a fixture of foamer trips),
planning to let 2350 go by, and maybe to run wrong-way about half a mile, down to the crossover by the dump spur on the PRW west (actually, physically north) of here.
