The brick building in the background was new -- it was a substation Denver Tramways built to convert commercial power for trolley coach use on Rt 13. abs. The 1328-29-30-31 had a different truck design than the other cars, and, I believe, was one of the four cars used to haul the coal train prior to building the steeple c
