30 (Barney and Smith, 1903) in Fremont on 5th St. in front of the shop and car house.

Car was originally built in 1903 for the Toledo, Fremont and Norwalk Ry as a passenger car, later rebuilt by LSE to a box motor.

The shop, car house and adjacent giant power house burned to the ground in 1977.
