Milwaukee Electric Lines 1139 leads five cars outside the Public Service Building This really isn't a service train. TM practice was to store cars being used in tripper service to West Junction on the Everett St side (south side) of the Public Service Building. During rush hour, a car man was assigned to bring the cars around the building and spot them on the proper track inside the trainshed for loading. This practice continued into the Speedrail era.
