Description: Herb leaning against LSE039 just west of the NKP
underpass in Cleveland. The LSE gang had just finished cleaning out the Rocky River Freight House and were returning to Beach Park. Herb worked for the C&SW as a vacation relief substation operator during
his college years and later was one of the gentlemen that tried to keep
the Lake Shore Electric Railway operating between Lorain and Cleveland.
