JAMESTOWN WESTFIELD & NORTHWESTERN
Car 303 had a baggage/mail compartment cut into the center separating the smokers form the anit-tobacconists of the day.  Heavy mail contracts dictated the move.  A meet is being made with a train on the NYC mainline at Westfield. Jamestown was on the Erie main.
