2737 on Rt 23 at Germantown-Bethlehem Pike loop on Rt 23 in Chestnut Hill.
The Auch Interboro bus on the left replaced the Rt 23A trolley to the City Line at Germantown and Northwestern and the Reading Transit and Light car beyond there to Norristown.
It will accept a PTC transfer for a ride in the City. The Auch-Interboro GMC bus alongside PTC/SEPTA all-electric PCC 2737 continued on Germantown Avenue beyond Northwestern Avenue to Norristown via Barren Hill. This bus company quit in 1971 with SEPTA bus route L (Stenton Avenue) providing the service from Germantown Avenue and Bethlehem Pike to the Plymouth Meeting Mall and Barren Hill.
