These trucks are most likely from scrapped PCCs of the 1200- and 1400-series; they are the only ones with super resilient wheels. While delivered with wheel tread brake shoes, many were converted to drums. Shoes are not evident here (but may be in the bottom pile behind the closest). Right up through the PAT era any combination of standard- and super-resilient axles could be found on operating equipment! Homewood Shops will disassemble these for usable parts; truck change-outs and heavy maintenance also performed at Homewood.
