PCC 1467 as the WABCo Transit Test Car is waits on West Library Loop while an outbound 1700-series PCC interurban clears the block. The operator of 1467 must activate a wayside toggle to request entrance into the US&S system. If all blocks are clear, the toggle then activates signals on the main line both directions to slow and stop approaching Interurbans.
