PCC 1467 as the WABCo Transit Test Car is waits on West Library Loop while an outbound 1700-series PCC interurban clears the block. The operator of 1467 must activate a wayside toggle to request entrance into the USandS system. If all blocks are clear, the toggle then activates signals on the main line both directions to slow and stop approaching Interurbans.
