1782 is an inbound 6/14-BRIGHTON AVALON car entering onto the bridge carrying California Ave over Jacks Run between Bellevue and Pittsburgh, (apparently during a reconstruction of the bridge). The car is actually on Lincoln Avenue, as that's what California Avenue becomes in Bellevue.
