PCC 1796 may be only days old in 1949 as it waits to turn from inbound to outbound from Penn to Stanwix to Liberty then Fancourt and Penn.
It also appears to be a Sunday for lack of activity; only the occasional pharmacy and service station were open, nothing else. All West End lines enjoyed this short and easy loop through downtown.
