Paul Ward's Collection
The coach is operating on the City Park route on Broadway Avenue in New Orleans.  City Park did not get TCs till after WWII, and it was one of the first lines abandoned around 1957-58.  It replaced NOPSI streetcars in 1929 on that line.  This bus is a St. Louis Car coach and is shown on Canal Street & St. Charles Avenue in the heart of the shopping district. Broadway was the first line in 1929-30, along with a short shuttle line called Southport.
