The coach is operating on the City Park route which ran on Broadway Ave in New Orleans.
The City Park line did not get trolley coaches until after WWII, and it turned out to be one of the first lines abandoned around 1957-58.
This bus was built by St. Louis Car and is shown at Canal and St Charles in the heart of the shopping district. Broadway was the first trolley coach line in 1929-30, along with a short shuttle line called Southport.
