Richmond Shipyard Railway
561 emerges from the shop at the Western Railway Museum soon after being
repainted in late 2004. This car was built by Gilbert in 1887 for
Manhattan Railway and operated on the New York elevated system until acquired
by RSR during World War II. Retired in 1945, it was owned by the
Railway & Locomotive Historical Society until WRM got it 20 years later.
