The company could not pay for the five cars in the order when they were received in early 1912, and the cars were resold - three going to the East St. Louis Columbia and Waterloo Railway and two to the Kankakee and Urbana Traction. Afterwards, four additional interurbans were ordered and delivered on December 14 1912.
