Car 200 was the only one of its kind on the property.
Designed by J. M. Bosenbury of ITS, the car was an extra-light Birney style safety car.
Delivered in 1917, the car did not work out in LaSalle Peru operation and was sold to Cairo Electric and Traction in 1918.
