American Car and Foundry buiilder photo of 111 in 1910

The LandE operated two lines out of Louisville, one projected to go to Cincinnati, the other to connect with the Kentucky Traction and; Terminal to Frankfort.

Built to 5 foot gauge, it was impossible to interchange cars or freight from the LandE with other lines.

The LandE was sold to the Louisville and Interurban in 1911. Service was abandoned on Oct 31 1935.
