Iowa Terminal 102 (former CNS&M 727) in South Mason City looking west. To the left, the white house was used by the freight agent. To the right is 53, the Texas Electric motor. The track in front of 102 shows the general poor track condition in this area. Today this area has been improved with tie plates and better ties. The cinders are gradually being replaced with crushed rock.
