PCC interurban 1646 has backed out of the Washington PA Interurban Terminal while interurban 1614 is heading into the wye. The local North Washington line looped downtown counter-clockwise and would pass from right to left while the local East-West line passed by in both directions. This photo was taken during the joint Akron-PERC charter of July 27 1952.
