It appears that some subsidence in the foreground is necessitating the repair of broken rail joints on Fifth Ave in Oakland. This outbound 67-Swissvale 1700-series car is on Fifth Ave between Bigelow Blvd and University Place in front of Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall.
